This document sets out the full usage rules, account management policies, and user responsibilities that apply when using this platform.

These terms and conditions apply to all users of the mk3377 platform and its services. Continued use of the services indicates that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.

2. Account Registration & User Responsibilities

2.1 Age Restriction

Users must be 21+ to use the services. No one under 21 is permitted to use the services. If an underage user is found, the account will be closed immediately and funds in that account may be confiscated.

2.2 One Account Per Person Policy

Each user may register only one account at mk3377. Opening a second account that shares the same device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited. Access records are regularly reviewed to prevent duplicate accounts. If a violation is found, all related accounts will be closed.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

The name, date of birth, and contact details provided when registering must be accurate. Accounts opened with incorrect information may be closed without warning, and withdrawal requests may be refused. We reserve the right to carry out KYC (Know Your Customer) verification.

2.4 Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your password and account details secure. Giving any third party access to your account is a breach of these terms. You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place on your account.

3. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposit Methods

Deposits can be made via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and bank transfer. You may only deposit using a payment method registered in your own name. Payments from third parties will not be accepted.

Minimum deposit amount: 20,000 Ks for all methods.
Minimum withdrawal amount: 30,000 Ks.
Withdrawal processing time: 15 minutes to 2 hours.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

Before withdrawing any bonus funds, the specified wagering requirement must be met. Withdrawal requests are processed according to Myanmar Standard Time (MMT). We reserve the right to review records before processing withdrawals for anti-money laundering (AML) purposes.

3.3 Payment Issues

4. Bonus and Promotion Terms

4.1 First Deposit Bonus

A 100% matched bonus of up to 200,000 Ks is awarded on your first deposit. To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager 25 times the bonus amount.

  • 20,000 Ks deposit → 20,000 Ks bonus → Balance 40,000 Ks → Wagering requirement 20,000 Ks × 25 = 500,000 Ks
  • 420,000 Ks deposit → 200,000 Ks bonus → Balance 620,000 Ks → Wagering requirement 200,000 Ks × 25 = 5,000,000 Ks
Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn as cash until the wagering requirement is met. Only after the wagering requirement is fully completed can bonus winnings be withdrawn as cash.

4.2 Bonus Abuse

Opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses, cycling funds in and out, or any other attempt to exploit the bonus policy in a systematic way is strictly prohibited. If a violation is detected, the bonus will be voided and the account may be closed.

4.3 Promotion Terms

The promotions available and their terms are subject to change. Read the terms of each promotion carefully before participating. Two different promotions cannot be combined at the same time (unless stated otherwise in a specific period announced by the platform).

5. VIP Program and Cashback

The mk3377 VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Bronze members can receive up to 0.3% weekly cashback, Silver up to 0.5%, and Gold up to 0.8%. VIP tier upgrades are based on your playing activity and are determined by mk3377. Cashback funds cannot be withdrawn until the designated date.

6. Prohibited Actions

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the platform—

  • Manipulating bonuses with the intent of making a guaranteed profit (bonus abuse / arbitrage)
  • Using software, bots, or tools that replicate or automate gameplay
  • Attempting any cyber attack that could damage the platform
  • Making deposits or withdrawals for the purpose of money laundering
  • Threatening, harassing, or disrespecting other players or staff
  • Creating and distributing false account login information related to the platform

If a violation of the rules is found, mk3377 may close the account and confiscate funds without prior notice, and will take action in accordance with the law.

7. Personal Data Protection

Users' personal data is protected in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Financial data and account information are secured using SSL encryption technology. Data is not shared with third parties — except where required by legal obligations.

8. Service Limitations

8.1 Service Interruptions

mk3377 may temporarily suspend services due to server maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not responsible for any losses arising from such interruptions.

8.2 Game Errors

If a game result is affected by a software or connection error, the result of that game may not be recorded and the game may not be replayed. In cases where a game session is lost, supporting records may be provided, but the final decision will be confirmed by mk3377's review.

9. Responsible Gaming Commitment

10. Dispute Resolution

If customer service is unable to resolve the issue, the matter will be escalated, and mk3377's decision will be considered final. If it still cannot be resolved, formal legal channels will be pursued.

11. Term of This Agreement

These terms and conditions take effect from the date the user accesses the platform. mk3377 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate services. As long as you continue to use the platform, these terms and conditions remain in effect.
